Emotional Capability(EC) provides an effective coaching and development plan that emphasizes the development and reinforcement of five skill elements:−self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, social awareness, and social skills− to strengthen competencies and support superior performance. Administered as a 360° development tool, the EC highlights the self and outside perception of each participant’s understanding of the behaviors and skills linked to emotional intelligence.
