Execution Metrics

Overview

Execution Metrics (EX) was developed to determine to what extent the culture of an organization is execution-oriented. The Execution survey then pinpoints what practices and behaviors need to be of focus to move the team towards a stronger execution culture, as well as providing appropriate actions and initiatives.
