Carlos is currently a certified trainer for Persona Global Latin America in Mexico. He has been an independent trainer for many years.

Focus

As a consultant, Carlos has a great vocation for human development in the organizations. He has provided some conferences in executive Human Development. He has taught sales strategies courses through several years at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

Experience

He has a lot of experience in executive training, focused on developing directive talent in enterprises. He has a successful experience in programming and implementing training sales, as well as in recruiting and developing sales force in the insurance and banking sectors. Carlos has worked voluntarily in several philanthropic institutions, training people in management and in job performance.  As a sales consultant, he has designed and implemented with relevant yearly results, several trainings and development sales programs for the banking sector.

Education

He studied a graphic designer college degree, at the Iberoamericana University in Mexico City, a jesuit Institution.
