Rosa María has repeatedly been recruited to design and execute change management, employee en-gagement, leadership development and performance improvement initiatives for a wide variety of organizations and companies.

Current Activities

She currently leads Persona Global Latin America as CEO and offers consulting and coaching services for D.C and Latin America-based organizations interested in acquiring strengths in strategic HR, leadership training and engagement. She is particularly interested in Social Impact Projects for women, youth and high-potential individuals.

Experience

Rosa María has held senior positions in Europe and America, as Vice-President of Human Resources in Alstom HQ,  Director of Human Resources at Alstom Transport, Principal and Owner of Dinámica Empresarial Consultores (DECSA), Director of HR in the Organization of American States (OAS), and Senior HR Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB).

Education

Rosa María has a solid academic background in Business Strategy, HR and Communications. She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Texas-Austin and Tecnológico de Monterrey, attends yearly continuous education programs in Wharton University and Aresty Institute, and has a Master Degree in Liberal Arts at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
